Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers (SG / 2254) dated 8/9/1440, which referred to the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. (60031 / p) dated (3/9/1440), which includes the Authority's endeavor to facilitate communication with all importers of the products subject to the Authority's supervision (food, Medication, Medical devices, Beauty, Feed, Pesticides, Fresh Vegetables and fruits).
At the request of the Authority, the Board hopes to provide the Authority with communication information for the clearance, transport and storage officials of the company / institution / warehouse by a certified letter from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and delivered to the nearest office of the Authority. The letter should contain the following data: (The Company's name - Name of liaison officer - Position in the company - Mobile number - E-mail).
In the event of a change in the means of communication with the Authority, the Company shall be required to notify the Authority promptly.
